Your guest pays through Paystack
They pay by card or bank transfer from any phone β€” at your front desk or before they ever arrive. The money goes into your Paystack subaccount and settles into your bank. It never passes through Owner's Eye.

Paystack confirms the payment to our system
The moment the payment clears, the system knows β€” automatically. Nobody types anything, nobody "confirms" anything by hand. This is the step that removes your staff from the money.

A door code is generated for that exact room
Owner's Eye speaks directly to the lock and creates a unique code tied to one room, one guest and one time window β€” valid from check-in, dead at checkout.

The guest gets the code and lets themselves in
The code reaches them instantly. No key to hand over, no key to lose, no staff member standing between your guest and their room.

The code lives on the lock β€” not on the internet
The lock stores the code itself. So it still opens when NEPA takes light, when your router dies, and when there is no network in the building. This is why it survives Lagos.

At checkout, the code dies on its own
Nobody has to remember to disable it. When the paid time ends, that code stops opening that door β€” so a guest cannot quietly stay an extra night, and an old code can never be reused.

Every single event is written to a log nobody can edit
Each payment, code issued, door opening, price change and manual override is recorded permanently with a timestamp. Your manager cannot edit it. Your caretaker cannot delete it. Neither can we. When the books and the doors disagree, the log tells you exactly who did what and when.

No. Owner's Eye is finished, live, and already running properties today. You're not funding a project or waiting for a launch β€” we install it on your doors and switch your account on. Most properties are fully live within 48 hours of paying a deposit.
Never. Payments go through your own Paystack subaccount and settle directly into your bank account. We don't hold your money, we don't take a percentage of your bookings, and we never touch your revenue. That is deliberate β€” it removes the single biggest reason to distrust a system like this.
The door codes are time-bound and stored on the lock itself, so they keep working with no power to the building and no internet. This was built for Lagos conditions, not for a demo in a country where the lights stay on.
